[Disappointment rises in him. So Castiel had been right after all, Dean doesn't know who'd murdered him. Adam had thought maybe the high school crap had just distracted everybody from nailing the asshole, but... Adam thinks to say something, but nothing comes out at first. He's not sure what to say if Dean doesn't have any more clues.
He has a crazy, fleeting thought of bringing up Lucifer's name, tipping Dean off to just how unsettled he is about doing anything outside of his room knowing for sure the thing is hovering with Michael in the rafters, but then he remembers that no one had bothered to warn him about Michael and Lucifer's presence in the beginning of his stay in Wonderland, how he'd been left to Michael's devices without any protection. He's not so pathetic that he'll ask for handouts.
Besides, Dean had died. Not the first time it's happened from what Adam knows, but it's enough to unscrew anyone's head for a while. Adam should know.]
