[The way Kol brushes off Isaac doesn't sit right with Adam, but it's the name of the person who referred him that really does it. Adam narrows his eyes immediately, expression darkening with the connotations and the memories angels bring with them.

[If this guy knew angels the way Adam does, he'd get why Adam's keeping a hundred mile radius from whatever's going on. Fuck Michael for trying to put him in the middle of it.
The sigh earns a one-shouldered shrug--one that has the barest tinge of sympathy in it. Angels coming after your family? Adam gets that one. He gets it loud and clear. He'd want to learn everything he could to keep the buzzards off his ass, too, and he doesn't blame anyone for being afraid of them.]
