castiel supernatural ♱ ✘ ☂ The angel who tried to stop Adam from becoming Michael's vessel alongside Dean, Sam, and Bobby. Also the angel who found him on his arrival to Wonderland and who convinced Gabriel to heal his soul. As it stands, Adam still isn't sure what Castiel's interests are, or what he gains by helping Adam, but out of all of his kind, Castiel seems the least likely to make him spontaneously cough up his intestines. He's come to learn that part of the reason why Castiel has shown him charity may be because Castiel feels as guilty as Dean about leaving him in Hell. Thing is, Adam doesn't expect freebies from angels. Doesn't mean he has to like being forgotten about.

gabriel supernatural ♱ ✘ All he knows of Gabriel is that Gabriel laid his hand on him his first day and put his soul back together. His memory of the event is murky, but he remembers the power and influence that screams "angel," and for that reason, Adam is instantly wary of him even if he's starting to realize he would be much worse off if not for Gabriel's efforts.

bela talbot supernatural ☀ Another person Adam happened to meet on the first day he was consciousness enough to leave the room. Bela not only lent him a literal shoulder to lean on, she took care of him for the time they were together. That sticks with him even though he hasn't talked with her since then. Kindnesses mean a lot.

tom hanniger my bloody valentine ✘ A Dean who claims not to be Dean. As far as Adam's concerned, Tom is another example of how Hell can mess with your head.

jo harvelle supernatural ϟ A young woman who expressed concern toward him when she found him on the stairs. Apparently she's died before, too, which leaves as much of an impression as someone worrying about him. What leaves an even bigger impression is that she seems to be friends with Dean, close enough of one for Dean to trust them in a room alone together. That tells Adam she must have an idea about their relationship to each other, and he's not sure what to make of that fact. Dean's only other friend seems to be an angel, and that's not a good comparison by any stretch.

dean winchester supernatural ♱ ☂ A stranger. John's eldest son. The half-brother who said Adam was family. The one he should have listened to. At first, Dean was one of the people he trusted the most given that the last he remembered, Dean was trying to help him. Since coming to Wonderland, however, Adam has learned that his long stint in Hell is because he's the expendable brother, not because Sam and Dean didn't have an idea on how to free him. Although he doesn't fault Dean for wanting to save Sam ahead of him, that doesn't make it any easier to accept you're collateral damage in someone else's war.

angel btvs/angel ϟ Adam doesn't really remember him all that well, due to the fact that they "met" while Adam's Mirror was having a movie marathon in the library. He recalls only bits and pieces of the conversation, but he remembers the face.

emma swan once upon a time ☀ ✔ They met under strange circumstances, to say the least. Adam's attempt to stop his Mirror led his Mirror to call the network for help, and Emma answered. If not for her, he might have used up the first of his lives, but at the time the woman was merely an impediment to getting a leg up on the thing trying to possess him. At any other time, someone fighting so hard to save his life would have been a great thing, and in a part of himself he couldn't even fully accept at the time, he was grateful for, and in admiration of, the show of decency on her part. Though he never forgot his gratitude, Adam kept his distance until the future version of Emma sought him out around Christmas time when time travellers swapped places with their present selves. In Wonderland's future, they're apparently friends, good enough ones for Emma to care about him, really see him. Meeting her made Adam think he needed to stop hiding behind his issues so much, and when he heard Emma had returned from a canon update, he reached out to her and thanked her, finding out she had a son in the process. He tried to warn her off of helping him further so she need not feel guilty looking out for her own family, but Emma is insistent that no one deserves to be alone. She's a good person, like his own mother. Adam can't help seeing a little of her in Emma.

isaac lahey teen wolf ☀ He has a big question mark next to him on Adam's mental list of people he's met in Wonderland. While Adam was momentarily in control during the possession event, Isaac witnessed him doing something rash and tried to talk him down from it, but Adam found trying to express what damage Hell had done to him especially hard when he was dealing with someone his own age who didn't seem aware of the burden he was under. Against Adam's expectations, Isaac went out of his way to text him afterward to see how he was doing. He appreciates the gesture, even if Isaac had the misfortune of speaking to him during one of his low periods. (Lower than usual, anyway.) They've since talked in person and through texts, and Isaac even thought to bring him a gift at Christmas time. Adam wouldn't mind trying to be friends with this particular mansion resident, but between Isaac's interest in angels, Adam's interest in learning how to defend himself from the supernatural, and Isaac already having an ample circle of friends, it's been hard to build up more common ground.

cora hale teen wolf ϟ A girl who spoke to Adam's Mirror while his Mirror was calling people to help keep Adam from hurting their body. She didn't come off as particularly concerned one way or the other, but she did leave him with the impression of levelheadedness.

lena duchannes the caster chronicles ✘ ☠ All he knows of Lena is that she's a Caster, and at this point he doesn't care to learn much else. Adam met her after his first event, one that involved being possessed by his Mirror, and her seemingly flippant treatment of monsters and what they're capable of didn't sit right with him at the time. His wary behavior struck her as insensitive on her part, and when they were forced to work together to survive the event that followed, they reached a stalemate in terms of being able to empathize with one another. He didn't have a genuine problem with her until she criticized his suspicion of non-humans, even after learning what the ghouls had done. That, combined with dismissing his time in Hell, has earned her top spot in Adam's "go fuck yourself" book.

michael supernatural ♱ ✘ ☠ Zachariah's boss. The archangel Adam was supposedly meant to fight the Devil with, and the angel who did, ultimately, gain possession of his body and who then carried him into Hell with him. Adam comes from a point where they've been sharing the Cage together for a long while. He doesn't necessarily hate Michael for resigning him to Hell, because Sam was more or less at fault for locking him up alongside the archangel, but he does loathe Michael for Zachariah's betrayal. He was promised his mother's life if he agreed to help the angels, and his cooperation ended with nothing but callousness and broken promises on Zachariah's part. As far as he's concerned, Zachariah was a reflection of Michael's intentions from the beginning. Since Michael has a new vessel and free reign with Dean now, Adam assumes this is the end of their relationship, but after Michael re-carved his ribs with new sigils, he's not so sure anymore.

johnny Although Adam doesn't remember much of their meeting, his Mirror, on the other hand, got along quite well with Johnny. Both a bit reckless and both a bit headstrong, they bonded over alcohol and stitching each other's root injuries during the event where Reals were possessed by their Mirrors.

mell In the time they shared a body, Adam and his Mirror didn't see eye-to-eye on many things, but they can both agree that Mell is kind of annoying. She was one of the people who responded to his Mirror's distress call during the root event, but her dawdling and chatty nature earned his Mirror's ire and rather irritated Adam to boot. She did want to keep them alive, though, which is more than some people.
